Description:
A beautiful lower level beach house less than a 100m from the ocean. Our house is less than 6kms from Agulhas, the Southern most Tip of Africa.
A beach house ideal for a family holiday or a friends reunion. The features of the house are as follows:
The living room has a flat screen TV with DSTV, there is a large dining room table and an indoor braai, with sliding doors opening onto the lawn with a spectacular view of the ocean.
The kitchen is fully kitted, with a microwave, gas stove and electric oven, there is a dishwasher and a washing up area, the back door leads to the area behind the house where there is also a braai (if the wind is hectic).
Three bedrooms
MAIN BEDROOM:
Double bed with ample closet space an en-suite with a shower, basin and toilet.
SECOND BEDROOM:
Consists of double bed and ample closet space.
THIRD BEDROOM:
Consists of two single beds with ample closet space
The second and third rooms share a full bathroom consisting of shower, bath, basin and toilet.
The beach house can sleep 6 people comfortably.
In the wooden display cabinet in the kitchen you will find a variety of board games such as Trivial Pursuit, Rummikub, 30 Seconds and more.
The house is a mere 6kms from Agulhas and the Southern most Tip of Africa. There is an OK Grocer in Struisbaai however if you want bigger shopping you'll need to travel to Bredasdorp about 30kms away there you will find a Checkers, Spar, a few take away places and so on.
